Grove City Softball help this weekend

Dear Parents and Scouts:

Ok  - The Trash Pick up for the Grove City Softball Tournament is THIS weekend.  We need HELP!  This is a fund-raiser for you son to earn money in his scout account.  Here is when and where we need help:

At Fryer Park on Orders Road  At the back ball diamonds.-

Saturday Morning at 8 am – 8:45 am set up trash boxes.

Saturday Night – 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm – Pick up trash

Sunday Night – 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm – Pick up trash

Please be in class B and wear gloves for the trash pick up.  If I have a couple of parents with trucks to move the trash that would be great.  Let me know if you or your son can help so I can make sure we are covered.  We will meet at the concession stand between the ball diamonds at Fryer park.  It the newest building to be added to the park.  See you there!

Michael Shoultz Eagle Project

Location:  Trinity United Methodist Church, 4850 Haughn Rd., Grove City

Work day #1:  Friday, July 17^th 6 PM to 8:30 PM

Work day #2:  Sunday, July 19^th 2 PM to 7 PM

(Drinks and Pizza will be provided on Sunday)

My project is a beautification project for my church.  We will be power washing, sanding and painting a gazebo as well as trimming hedges, pulling weeds in overgrown flower beds, planting new flowers and mulching.   We will also be cleaning up a gravel path and possibly adding new gravel and tamping it down.    We are in need of basic gardening tools such as rakes, hoes, trowels, shovels, hedge trimmers or anything else you think can help you do weeding and planting, as well as wheel barrows and ladders. 

PLEASE make sure your name is on your tools!

My Eagle project is scheduled for THIS Saturday the 18th! Please plan to come out to the GC food pantry at 2710 Columbus st.

The project consists of scraping and repainting along with removing old caulk and replacing that as well.

We will begin at 10:00 AM and i plan to be finished no later then 1:00. (So you can still make the year plan meeting at 2!)

Lunch will be provided.

I had a perfect amount of people sign up on Tuesday but anyone that did not will be greatly appreciated. 

If you plan on attending and did not already sign up please contact me.

You do not need to bring anything, just wear clothes you can get dirty.

Reminder: Part of my Eagle Project will be July 18th! Next Saturday. We will 
be scraping and repainting along with replacing caulking. It will be 
10:00AM-about 1:00PM so you can help out and still make the year plan. We 
will meet at the Grove City Food Pantry next to the purple door church. I'm 
looking for 10 or so boys to attend along with any adult they may bring with

reminder email next week! Also lunch will be provided for everyone working!
