I realize this Thank you is a little late, but I took yesterday off and now I am back at it!

I really appreciated ALL that were able to help this past weekend!  What an effort by all.  I don’t know where to start…but a BIG Thanks!

We had plenty of desserts – thanks!  [we’ll use the left overs for our Court of Honor next week!]

All of the clean-up was done by 8:15 pm and I was out the door by 8:30 on Saturday Night!  Only by the help of MANY was that able to occur.  What a group we have to make this capable. Thank you to all!

Our earnings are still being tabulated – we have about 100 boy hours of work through the weekend and once we get all of the profits calculated we will report those that made money by either selling items at the Tag Sale or working the event – or Both!

As for the Hog – we do have some left over. If you wish to buy some please do so tomorrow night.  It is $10.00 per pound.  We also have a few sides left they are $5.00 per 32 oz. container – it is first come – So don’t be late if you wish to get some of the goodies.

Don’t forget to be thinking about POPCORN!  The sale has started!  Be sure to pick up your order form and any product that is available – then start to SELL-SELL-SELL!

September Newsletter and help needed for the hog roast and tag sale

Parents and Scouts:

Attached is our newsletter for September.  Remember that our BSA meetings will now be a Class A uniform attire – since we will be After Labor Day.

I have also included the October Campout permission slip, which will be the 9/29-10/1 weekend.

We are still needing additional help for the Hog Roast and Tag Sale.  I hope that we have a great turnout for items in the sale as well.  I will have the sign-up sheets at the meeting on Tuesday for those wish to sign up.  We will also be asking for each scout to bring 2 dozen brownies, cookies, or the like for the Hog Roast dinner dessert options. These should be brought to the church on either Friday the 15th or Saturday morning the 16th before 8:30 AM.   If you have any questions about this event please let me know.
