Snow Sports trip sign up tonight!!

Parents and Scouts:

Here is the permission and other information for our trip to Manatoc to do our snow sport events this coming January.  I will have these permission slips  started to be collected tomorrow night.  REMEMBER – we have 24 spots IN the Cabin and any over that number will have to tent camp, [like me!]  It is first come – first in the Cabin.  If you wish to be in the cabin then circle your form accordingly, or if you wish to tent camp then circle it instead.

We will also need the liabilityform completed for those going boarding or skiing.  If you have your own gear you can bring it instead of renting.  All those Skiing and boarding will have to wear helmets [no exception.] See cost for renting them.  Complete the attached form for cost of trip.  Also – for those going Skiing for the first time or others needing a beginner’s lesson, please mark your cost form accordingly – it is at no charge].

Those Tubing – we will have a 3 hour window to go tubing.  That will be plenty of time for you to have fun.

IF there is an issue [like not enough snow] and they cancel, we will get a refund.

We will have more information on cold weather camping and preparation as we get closer to the actual event.
See you tomorrow night – and remember to be gentle on Mr. Baughman when you turn in your forms....:)

Sincerely,

Kirk Bohanan
