Parents and Scouts:
Please find the permission slip for the Troop 136 Camp-In that we will have this weekend at the
First Presbyterian Church. It will be starting Friday night at 6:00 PM
and go through Saturday afternoon around 2:00 PM. Each one attending for
the Saturday activity needs to bring a sack lunch [for Saturday].
As for the Camp-in
please plan to also have:
Sleeping Pad,
Sleeping Bag
Overnight gear you may
need
A snack to share
If you wish to bring a
game to play it should be one that is play with others. If you wish to
participate in a Mind craft game activity please bring all of your own
equipment. As for any games or movies brought, they must be G to PG13.
AND SCOUTMASTER
APPROVED.
If you wish to
participate in the Nerf Gun War, then be ready. Bring your own guns and
darts. Identify your darts and count the darts you bring. [we will
have you give us your count at check in].
If you have your name on
your darts there is a chance you will get them back, BUT IT IS NOT GUARANTEED.

The cost for the weekend
is $5.00 for the food [Friday night Pizza and Saturday Breakfast] Please
wear Class B uniform, BUT – HAVE YOUR COMPLETE CLASS A for the Saturday
event. The Event on Saturday is the Ohio Valley District First Aid
Competition. Each patrol will be competing on different first aid
situations. Please plan to have your scout book for a reference.Each
patrol will need to have a first aid kit, items to make splints and items to
make a stretcher carry.
Please bring the
permission slip tomorrow to the meeting. I will need to have it for food
planning purposes.
