Parents and Scouts:
Tomorrow night at our Scout meeting I will have the
volunteer help sign up list for the Hog Roast and Tag Sale coming up on
September 17th. WE NEED HELP! [Both Friday and
Saturday]. Any and all time you can spent helping us make this a great
fundraiser is appreciated. We will really appreciate those that can help
during the final hours and the clean-up at the end of the event Saturday.
Please look at the attached schedule and see where you can fit in.
The scouts will earn money toward their scout accounts for
working; parents just get to help. BOTH Parents and Scouts are
needed. Scouts should wear their Class B [Red] T-shirts for the
event. If they wish to assist in carrying the big American Flag in the
Arts in the Alley parade please plan to have your Class A uniform.
Don’t forget to gather those items for the tag sale.
Make sure to price your items with your tag numbers before you bring them on
Friday September 16th. If you have any questions please let me

outlets to help advertise our event that would be great.
