Troop Meeting on Tuesday, July 7th:
Our meeting on Tuesday, July 7th might be a little different. More information to be shared tomorrow in an email with details.
Planning for the next 18 months:
I will be sharing a form Scouts can complete as we begin to plan items for the next 18 months as we start to plan for activities for the troop this week.
PLC Meeting:
Our PLC Meeting will be next Sunday at 4:30 pm. I am hopeful that we are able to meet at the church. I will be asking if we are able to do so. I will find out this week and get back to you. I am sorry for those of you who had the date today for the PLC Meeting. This was not changed after we met in June and determined to move the PLC and Committee dates to next week. Congratulations to Will W. who was the first Scout to contact me about the time and started the conversation with fellow PLC members to see if there was a meeting today. I love it when the Scouts keep us on our toes. Nice job Will!
Committee Meeting:
Our Committee Meeting next week will be starting at 6 pm. We are still not sure what they may look like as well. We will get more guidance from the church to see if we can use the FLC for the meeting. I will find out more this week and let you know. Christa will have more information to be sent to the committee this week.
Future Events:
July 12 - PLC Meeting @ 4:30 pm
July 12 - Committee Meeting @ 6:00 pm
July 14 - Court of Honor (More details to come once we are able to use the church)
July 18 - Meeting for the PLC to determine the list of activities for the next 18 months using the data we collect from the Scouts before the meeting
